Lindsay Lohan Sues E-Trade Over Super Bowl Commercial:

LOS ANGELES, Calif. –
Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade over a Super Bowl commercial, which features a “milkaholic” boyfriend-stealing baby named Lindsay.

The lawsuit, filed on Monday in Nassau County Supreme Court in New York and obtained by Access Hollywood, claims that Lohan’s rights under the New York state civil-rights law were violated when E-Trade used the “likeness of the plaintiff’s name, characterization, and personality” in the commercial.

Twitter users were stunned to learn that Kim Kardashian is currently garnering $10,000 a tweet from advertisers. Most Twitter users were more amazed than bothered by the fact that Kardashian’s Twitter page contains paid advertisements. Vindu Dara Singh worked with Khiladi star in Kambhakt Ishq and both became good friends. As a good friend Akshay Kumar advised him not to do small roles in TV serial or films.

Following the advise, Vindu stopped appearing in tit-bit inconsequential roles. Later on, Akshay kept his promise and recommended his name to a few of his producers, and Vindu was in the Sajid’s House Full and two more films. Even his participation on Big Boss is also due to Akshay’s recommendation.

Thanks to Big Boss’s popularity, Vindu has become a house hold name. If lady luck favours him, he may come out as a winner, even if he is evicted prematurely, it cannot be denied that a Godfather is very important in this Industry.
